Cedar Resin Table

This Project started with a visit to a local sawmill, Bowrish Sawmills. I was looking for wood slabs to create a coffee table from. I settled on a piece of Cedar cut from a locally sourced tree from a farmers hedge, only when it needed to be felled. The table was then combined with a deep black epoxy resin creating a river like effect with a striking contrast.

Black steel legs were chosen to complement the design without distracting from the pristine table top, while being a standout feature in their own right.
